Adventures back to Kiddie Kandids

Some of Baby Sawyer's uncles and aunts have yet to meet him: Uncle Jake lives down in Austin, Texas, Uncle Talmage is really close...Korea, and Aunt Melissa is all the way down in St. George! We miss you guys! Well, Uncle John is going to visit Jake over Halloween and Gma and Gpa are going to visit Talm in Korea in a few weeks...Soooo we were in need of a picture print quickly. (ps. Melissa I'm going to try and make it to St. George shortly, but if not I'll send you one...or you could just hurray and move up here already!) I only had one day I could get a picture to John, which meant a quick trip to the dreaded Kiddie Kandids. Since I worked there a couple years ago I had vowed never to go back, especially with my kids. I never thought I would need to either since Sawyer's dad is an slightly above average photographer (just kidding, he's terrible!...just kidding, he's great :0 )
I was so surprised when Sawyer actually was awake for the pictures and didn't think the pics turned out too shabby. It's hard to go wrong when he has such a darn cute face! So, here are a small version of our trip.

Even with Sawyer on his best behavior for the pictures, I managed to be a complete space case. Apparently it's a lot harder thinking straight with a baby to lug around. I managed to make it half way out to the car when I realized I had left his bottle. Upon returning, one of the employees reminded me I had put it in a side pocket of the diaper bag rather than the bottle cooler I brought...so embarrassing! Then I started leaving and couldn't find my keys. I got them before I left the store. Then I made it all the way to the car and couldn't find my credit card. After searching my pockets, diaper bag and car thoroughly and not finding it ANYWHERE, I decided I must have left it. So, instead of lugging Sawyer and his huge car seat all the way back I called them...Nope, I didn't leave it. Then I start panicking and throwing things all around my car, excluding Sawyer, we can't throw babies. Still couldn't find it. So, I checked my pockets again...yep, it was safe and snug in my coat pocket. Bah! I have completely lost it and Sawyer is a pretty good baby most of the time!
