Oh Eliot. He is a sweet heart. He is already so different than Sawyer. He is not cuddly. He is super outgoing. He loves people and zones right in on them. He also loves to be on his own. He is so content just playing by himself. He doesn't take binkies or bottles. He goes to sleep pretty easily.
He rarely cries. I think that last time I wrote about him was when he had colic. Once he turned 3 months it was like a switch turned off. He never cries unless there is something terribly wrong. He just smiles and giggles all the time. He lights up anytime he sees Sawyer. He watches him like a hawk. He laughs when Sawyer's having a tantrum. He laughs at the dogs. He jumps excitedly anytime he sees Jake.
He just started eating foods and I let him eat some of my banana and he flipped. He loves them so much. He gets bouncy and wiggly anytime he gets close to food.
He loves his toes. He just talks and plays with his toes forever. He doesn't even bother trying to roll or crawl around. He has his toes to play with.
He loves music. When I sing to him, he sings to me. When any music device is on he perks up with a smile and tries to find it.
He loves television. This one I feel slightly guilty about. Sawyer didn't see more than 10 minutes of television a day before he was the age of one. Eliot see a lot. He sees a lot when we go to my mom's for piano lesson days. He sees a lot when I'm so tired from waking up all night long. He saw a lot on the freezing cold winter days when we would huddle in the basement in blankets with the fire. But, he loves it.
He is my jumper. He loves to jump. If you try to hold him standing up he will just jump and jump and jump. He also jumps forever in his saucer. He just squeels and jumps and jumps some more.
As for the stats, at 6 months he is about 15 lbs. He has a super long torso and is wearing 9 month shirts. He learned to roll from tummy to back at 5 months. He started sitting up on his own at 6 months. He started getting 4 teeth at 6 months. He got chicken pox from me at 6 months. He quit taking a binky at 5 months (right before we noticed his teeth started to come through.)
I guess if I had to sum up my sweet El Nino, he loves action and fun, but he is completely content with zoning out and nothingness too. He is a sweetheart. My angel baby.
